I have been a HUGE fan of Matt Steffanina from the time that I saw him dance on social media to when I saw him on the Amazing Race (which he won!). I remember reaching out to him and hoping we could connect one day and Fit Fam....it happened!
I got my chance to not only sit down and get to know the history of Matt, but I also learned so much about why he inspires me, from his positive attitude towards struggle to the way he teaches his students, Matt Steffanina is a the real deal.
